Easy is a stretch, and it's worth saying so. For a lot of people, on a lot of days, this takes real effort — and being told it's easy just adds failure to the list.
What's true is that it gets easier. The first week of any noticing practice feels forced and slightly stupid. Somewhere around the third, you start catching things before you sit down to look for them.
That shift is real, but it's earned rather than innate.
