I allow the flow of positive energy to effortlessly move through me.

Bleed a radiator and the heat that was already in the system finally reaches the far end of the room. Nothing was added. Something trapped was let out.

Most days don't need more put into them. They need whatever is stuck to move: the message unanswered for a fortnight, the grudge still running quietly in the background, the decision you keep making and unmaking.

Clear one of those and the difference is out of all proportion to the effort. The warmth was never missing. It just couldn't get past the air in the pipe.
