I live a creative, vibrant, passionate life.

There's a choir that meets in a church hall on Tuesdays. Forty people, most of them tired when they arrive and none of them tired when they leave.

Not one of them would describe their life as passionate. They'd describe it as Tuesdays.

A vivid life is almost never one continuous state. It's usually two or three recurring things that reliably do something to you, kept up over years, defended against everything else that wants the slot.

The question isn't whether you are a passionate person. It's what's in the diary on Tuesday.
