That's a better model for a calm person than stillness is.
Calm people generally aren't the ones with nothing happening. They're the ones with plenty happening who haven't lost the axis: they still know what they're for, what today is about, what will actually matter by Friday.
So in a week that refuses to slow down, the question worth asking isn't how to stop the spinning. It's whether you're still turning around something, or just being thrown about.
