Wanting more money gets called greed far more readily than it deserves.

Most of the wanting has nothing to do with yachts. It is about a roof that can be fixed in the week it starts leaking, and a parent who can be helped without a family conference about it, and the particular quiet of a bill that arrives and does not change the shape of the month. That is not appetite. It is the wish to stop bracing.

Richness of that kind has an upper limit, and the limit is lower than people assume. You are allowed to want to reach it.
