Somewhere there is a decision made at twenty-four, with no information and nobody to ask, that you are still quietly charging yourself interest on.
The course not taken. The flat sold too early. The four years in a job that went nowhere.
Whoever made that call had a fraction of what you now know. Judging them with today's information is a rigged trial, and it has been running for years.
Forgiveness here is mostly a matter of dropping the case. Not deciding it was wise. Just deciding it was made by somebody doing their best with the map they had.
