Affirmation to Fear I free myself of fear.

I free myself of fear.

There are rooms in most lives that stopped being entered. The friend not contacted since the falling-out. The instrument abandoned after one humiliation. The city never returned to.

Fear doesn't take these things loudly. It just makes each one slightly too expensive to consider, until years later the door has furniture in front of it and you'd forgotten there was a room at all.

Freeing yourself is largely a matter of reopening one. Not all of them, and not today. Choose the smallest door. Send the message, book the lesson, take the road that goes past the old house. Territory comes back faster than it was lost.
