Feeling good in a body is a physical event before it is an opinion about one.

None of that consults a mirror. It stays available on days when the verdict about appearance is unkind, which is precisely when it tends to get skipped.
Soul is harder to locate, but it keeps similar company — music at the right volume, one honest conversation, being useful to somebody. Less a state to achieve than a row of small doors, most of them unlocked today.
