The universe is infinite and abundant

Whether the universe is abundant in any way that concerns you is a genuinely open question. It's enormous, largely empty, and indifferent to your week.

The useful reading is smaller and it's about scarcity thinking. Believing there is one opening, one path, one person, one chance makes people grip too hard and risk too little — and that belief is nearly always false about anything in a human life.

The cosmos may or may not be generous. The set of possibilities available to you is almost certainly larger than the set you're currently considering.
