Health and wellness are the most important thing to me.

It ranks differently depending on the week. There are whole years where it sits somewhere below the deadline, the mortgage, and whether the boiler is ever going to get fixed.

Then a scan, or a phone call, and the entire list reorders itself in an afternoon. That reordering is not a lesson anybody needed teaching. It is simply what happens when something that was always underneath everything else becomes visible.

The interesting question is not whether it is at the top now. It is what the list looks like in the first month you feel well enough to forget.
